My primary passion is to counsel/guide/mentor in a personal 1:1 setting where we can go deep into the root and facilitate profound realisations.

This can take place in your home or a mutually agreed setting.

I also offer practice sessions where we utilise the technology of yoga (e.g. breathwork and kriya) to manifest a specific experience.

group classes are the easiest access-point into himalayan yoga and are offered on a regular basis in the stroud district and its environs.

The 'high impact value' exchange for 1:1 sessions is £50.
